Cancellation costs
Booking / Payment
For a firm reservation, a deposit is required.
Deposit:
For reservations up to 2 weeks before arrival 100% cancellation fee
For bookings more than 3 weeks before arrival 50% cancellation fee.
The rest of the price must be paid 2 weeks prior to arrival.
Cancellation by the customer / cancellation fee:
You may at any time prior to departure. The cancellation fee is the receipt of resignation by mail (by e-mail or by fax) apply.
Cancellation fee:
to 23 days before departure 50 € cancellation fees.
to 22 days before departure 20% of the booked price. The rest of the deposit will be refunded.
20 to 14 days before departure 30% of the booked price. The rest of the deposit will be refunded.
13 to 7 days before departure 50% of the booked price. The rest of the deposit will be refunded.
6 days to 2 days before departure 80% of the booked price. The rest of the deposit will be refunded.
1 day to travel will be no repayment refunded.
